Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging where possible.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns of opened supplement bottles. Please contact us before returning to confirm eligibility.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Data Processing
Return-related data (name, address, order details) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of handling your return.
